Nislin

The designer

Nisrine
Al Awar

Her name — Nisrine, the Arabic name for the wild rose, Rosa canina — meets linen in the name of the house. NISLIN is her collection, designed in Lebanon and handcrafted there.

A vision through the senses

It begins not with a design,
but with a feeling.

A sun-drenched Lebanese garden. The untamed scent of the Nisrine flower. The cool, crisp touch of pure linen. The collection carries those memories into silhouettes shaped by light, movement, hand embroidery and beading.

Volume

I — Her language

Volume

Pleating, cascades and cocoon shapes that hold air rather than the body — sunburst, chevron, spiral, origami.

Asymmetry

II — Her language

Asymmetry

A single sleeve, a diagonal waist, a hem that changes as you turn. Balance found off-centre.

The hand

III — Her language

The hand

Hand-stitched embroidery and delicate beading along the seams — the mark of the women who make each piece.

Threads of Light — 2027
